Job Description

  • Create an exceptional customer experience by proactively engaging in discussions that give you the opportunity to understand and respond to the customer's needs.
  • Actively identify opportunities to strengthen CyberPublicity's customer relationships and promote the company's products and services.
  • Work as a team to ensure that clients get the best advice for their needs and recommend them to the appropriate colleagues.
  • Show clients the benefits of our services offered and encourage them to use them.
  • Quickly resolve customer problems
  • Demonstrate thoroughness and efficiency in a multitasking environment that requires great attention to detail
  • Stay informed about CyberPublicity's products, services, programs, policies, procedures and Google tools.
  • Any other task necessary for the operation of the business

Qualifications

  • You're passionate about customer service.
  • You like to engage with customers and help them achieve their goals
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening skills and empathy
  • You know how to ask appropriate questions and give answers to customers
  • You know how to quickly connect and converse with customers so that they feel that their customers are important to us You're comfortable with new technologies and have technical skills
  • You take solve problems by identifying solutions and options that are in the best interest of the customer
  • You're able to identify opportunities and make quality recommendations
  • You're able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to a change
  • Oral and written communication skills, in both French and English are essential for this position
